REFOUND POLICY
Cancellation before departure & Refund
If you cancel your reservation :
-48 hours before the scheduled departure date, you will be refunded 100%
-24 hours before the scheduled departure date, you will be refunded 50%.
-Before 24 hours and in case of no-show at the activity, no refund will be possible.
Logistics problem
If we're unable to provide the services as agreed due to issues like transportation or accommodation errors on our part, you may be eligible for a refund to compensate for any inconvenience
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS :
Excursions to Cairo and Luxor can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before departure. After this time, no changes or refunds will be possible, even in case of illness or last-minute unforeseen circumstances.
After booking the "Cairo by Plane" activity, no modifications or refunds are possible, regardless of the reason, whether it be unforeseen illness or any other last-minute event.
